Webster Makes Senior Private Banking Hire

Waterbury, CT-headquartered Webster Bank has appointed Daniel FitzPatrick as its private banking executive vice president, charged with leading operations across the four states where it has a presence.

FitzPatrick has 20 years of experience in the private client business, having held leadership roles at JP Morgan Private Bank, Citigroup Private Bank, Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management, and, most recently, at BNY Mellon Wealth Management.

In other moves involving its private banking business, last week the bank appointed Chris Martin and Caryn Cosentini as senior vice presidents and senior private bankers for the Western Connecticut and the Westchester County/ Metro New York areas respectively.

In July, the firm opened its first private banking facility in Greenwich, CT. Webster private bankers work in seven regional teams across four states, but this was the first branch - located at 85 Mason Street - to feature a private bank office.
