Wealth Management Software Firm Wins New Caribbean Client

International Private Banking Systems (IPBS), which the
private banking software firm, has won a contract from BCW Capital of Jamaica.

The deal means BCW obtains access to IPBS/Business Manager,
IPBS/Private Banking, IPBS/Investments & Safe Custody, Mutual Funds and Share
Registry and IPBS/eBanking. The services enable BCW to comply with anti-money
laundering, “know your customer” and other requirements.

BCW Capital was formed in December 2011 as a boutique
securities dealer serving institutional and high net worth clients in Jamaica and the rest of the Caribbean.

IPBS began operations in 1993, serving clients in the Bahamas, Barbados,
Bermuda, Brazil,
the Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, Jamaica, Panama,
Trinidad and Tobago, the
Turks & Caicos Islands, the United States
and Vanuatu.
