Washington Trust Closes Connecticut Acquisition
Washington Trust has boosted its wealth management AuM by 15 per cent after closing an RIA acquisition.
Washington Trust has completed its acquisition of Halsey Associates, a New Haven, CT-based RIA.
The move boosts Washington Trust Wealth Management's assets under administration to around $6 billion - an increase of over 15 per cent.
Halsey Associates will retain its name and operate as a division of Washington Trust Wealth Management.
The firm's president James Zoldy and his team will continue to work with Halsey clients through the firm's corporate offices.
