WTAS Expands New York Tax Group

WTAS New York, part of one of the largest independent tax advisory firms in the US, has added former Ernst & Young partner Kenneth Zemsky as a managing director in the state and local tax group.
Zemsky specializes in multistate corporate and personal income taxes, concentrating on New York and New York City tax law. He works with high net worth individuals, multistate corporate taxpayers with a presence in the tri-state area, alternative investment funds and owner-operated businesses.
"The addition of Zemsky to the state and local tax group in the New York office demonstrates our commitment to the growth of the practice in the New York metro area," said Mark Vorsatz, chief executive of WTAS.
WTAS is comprised of around 500 personnel and operates in 14 major locations: Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Greenwich, Harrisburg, Los Angeles, New Jersey, New York City, Palo Alto, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Seattle, Washington DC, and West Palm Beach.
