The firm has made a number of promotions and also created the new role of chief operating officer for its client solutions operations arm.

Private markets investment management firm Hamilton Lane has unveiled senior promotions, covering areas such as investment, client solutions, portfolio management, technology, shareholder relations, finance and operations.

Hamilton Lane has also appointed Kate Reilly as chief operating officer for client solutions operations – a newly-formed role. She reports to Andrea Kramer, COO and chief risk officer. Reilly was previously at PJT Park Hill where she most recently served as COO. Prior to that she spent eight years at Blackstone, and also served on the Tenth Judicial District Court of New York.
