US Wealth Manager Opens New Colorado Office, Hires New Team

The firm has expanded its operation in Colorado with a new office and the hiring of a wealth management team.
Global financial services firm Baird has opened a new wealth management office in Durango, Colorado, and added six new wealth management members to its operation there, it said in a statement.
The new office is located at 1099 Main Avenue, Suite 203.
Baird now has four wealth management offices in Colorado, as well as fixed income institutional sales operations and two equity capital markets operations located in Denver and Boulder, and an asset management division focused on international and global equity portfolios also located in Boulder.
Hires
The Luthy McCallum Group includes veteran financial advisors
William Luthy, vice president, Tina McCallum, assistant vice
president, and Marcia Baxter, client assistant.
William Luthy will also serve as resident manager. Luthy has more than 15 years of industry experience. Most recently, he served as financial advisor and resident manager with Morgan Stanley.
McCallum has 20 years of industry experience. Most recently, she was a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley.
Also within the team is financial advisor Michael Barth, senior vice president, with Christopher Hughes, financial advisor trainee, and Suzanne Jackson, client assistant.
Barth joins Baird with 30 years of industry experience. Most recently, he served as financial advisor with UBS Financial.

Baird’s PWM operation has around 860 financial advisors serving clients through 94 locations in 30 states, and has client assets of $136 billion.
