US Wealth Advisor, India-Based Family Office Enter Cross-Border Pact

The agreement enables both firms to tap into the capabilities and investment opportunities of the US and Indian economies.
Quantel Asset Management, an AI-powered wealth advisory firm based in New York, and Sincere Syndication, an India-based private investment and family office, have partnered to expand investment solutions for clients in the US and India.
The pact enables clients of both organizations to use regulated financial products, portfolio advisory services, and investment strategies tailored to cross-border needs – especially for non-resident Indians (NRIs), high net worth individuals, and global family offices.
Quantel’s US clients will gain access to Sincere Syndication’s portfolio management services and insights into India’s private market ecosystem. Sincere Syndication’s clients, both in India and abroad, can use Quantel’s AI-powered platform offering personalized US-compliant asset allocation, tax and estate planning, and real-time portfolio intelligence.
The partnership is led by Shyam Sreenivasan, CEO of Quantel Asset Management, a former Morgan Stanley executive with a Wharton MBA in finance, and Sivaramakrishnan R, founder of Sincere Syndication and chartered accountant.
“This collaboration allows us to provide US clients with credible access to India’s growth potential, while empowering Indian investors with structured, compliant access to US markets,” Sreenivasan, said.
