Montana-headquartered D A Davidson & Co, an employee-owned full-service investment firm, has made four hires in Portland and Salem, OR.

Kraig Kerr, senior vice president and financial advisor; Michael Larlee, vice president and financial advisor; Leslie Kerr, client associate; and Christine Fordyce, client associate, join with a combined $350 million in assets under management.

They are all latterly of Merrill Lynch, each with strong backgrounds in the securities industry.

• Kraig Kerr previously managed Merrill Lynch's office in Salem and in his new role will divide his time between Portland and Salem.
• Larlee, a financial advisor with 12 years of experience, is a Certified Financial Planner and also holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor designation.
• Leslie Kerr, a former CPA, will serve as a part-time client associate, continuing her work alongside Kraig Kerr.
• Christine Fordyce, a 13-year Merrill Lynch veteran, will also serve as a part-time client associate, based in Salem. Prior to Merrill Lynch, she worked at US Bank.
