US-based National Financial Partners, a  network of independent financial advisors specialising in life insurance and wealth transfer, corporate and executive benefits, and financial planning and investment advisory services, has appointed three senior managers.

Elizabeth Weber will join the firm as senior vice president, business development, a new position. Ms Weber will report to

Doug Hammond, NFP's chief operating officer. James Poer has been promoted to president of NFP Securities, NFP's broker-dealer. He was most recently senior vice president, advisory and investment services for NFPSI. Stan Barton has been promoted to general counsel and executive vice president of NFP.
