The Private Client Reserve of US Bank has appointed Gerald Rixie as a Chicago, IL-based wealth management consultant, working with high net worth individuals, families and business owners.

Rixie has experience working with HNW families and individuals, as well as in corporate finance, investments and operations. Before joining the PCR, he served as chief financial officer of Calamos Family Partners in Naperville, IL.

In other recent news, last week the PCR promoted Matt Ellison to regional wealth planner for Kentucky, Tennessee and Cleveland and Columbus, OH.

Reporting to Steve Cook, market leader of the PCR, Ellison will work with high net worth individuals and families, with a focus on entertainment and professional sports clients.

US Bank’s Private Client Reserve serves clients with at least $1 million in investible assets; the bank also has an ultra high net worth unit - Ascent Private Capital Management - which targets individuals with at least $25 million in investible assets.
