UBS Hires From MSSB

UBS has hired Charlie Cajero from Morgan Stanley Smith Barney to head its Tucson, Arizona branch, according to Reuters.

Cajero spent 18 years at MSSB, and in his new role at UBS reportedly replaces Roger Ford.

Ford, meanwhile, will take over as head of UBS's Albuquerque, New Mexico branch. He previously managed that branch for two years before moving to Tucson, according to the publication, which cites a memo.

The current Albuquerque branch manager, William Schifani, is returning to full-time financial advisory work, which he maintained part-time while running the branch, according to the report.

UBS had not responded to a request for confirmation at the time of publication.
