UBS Wealth Management has hired Guillaume Lagourgue as head of entrepreneur advisory solutions in Canada, a newly-created post.

Entrepreneur advisory solutions advises entrepreneurs on business growth, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, asset transfer, financing, restructuring and liquidity events.

Prior to joining UBS, Guillaume worked for Resource Acquisition Corporation, a natural resources special situation fund. Previously, he spent seven years at JP Morgan, most recently in New York, in its investment bank in the financial institutions group. He also spent some time at JP Morgan's private bank as a capital advisor.
