wealth in Chicago, IL, with a focus on retirement plan solutions.

Panico-Marino joins The
PrivateBank from Verisight, where she was managing director and part of a
leadership team focused on devising retirement plans for clients.

Panico-Marino has 35 years
of industry experience, during which time she has provided technical consulting, qualified and
unqualified plan design, administration and compliance expertise.

business and personal financial services to middle-market companies, as well as
business owners, executives, entrepreneurs and families.

As of September 30, 2013,
