A Tennessee-based firm has joined the hybrid RIA platform Triad Advisors.

Triad Advisors has welcomed Knoxville, TN-based Head Investment Partners to its broker-dealer and RIA platform.

Head Investment Partners carries approximately $190 million in total fee-based advisory and brokerage assets, as at June 1, 2016.

The firm will affiliate with Triad through Triad Hybrid Solutions, an RIA entity that provides compliance and regulatory support, as well as assistance in areas such as technology, marketing and practice management.

Head Investment Partners serves families, business owners, corporate executives and professionals across the US. The firm also provides investment management services for corporate accounts and insurance companies.

Founded by Daniel Head, the firm has a total of four advisors and two support professionals, including Barbara Million, vice president and senior financial planner, and private wealth advisors Steven Witt and Brian Dickey.

“This transition will also free us to add additional advisors and new offices, as part of our longer-term growth strategy,” said Head.
