TD Wealth has made a senior hire in the Carolinas to lead its wealth management business there, according to GreenvilleOnline.

Carol Yochem, formerly head of the wealth management business line at First Citizens Bank & Trust in Raleigh, NC, has been appointed as senior vice president and head of the metro Carolinas region at TD Wealth. She will be based in Greenville, SC.

Yochem told the news service, in a video on its website, that the bank would be delivering “comprehensive wealth management that goes beyond the deposit and the lending to high net worth individuals, to include management of investments, to include financial planning, to include trust services and help with estate planning needs.”

She said she will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of wealth management throughout the Carolinas.

Yochem also said there was an opportunity to help women achieve their financial goals, describing this as something she is passionate about.
