TD Bank Adds To Board
TD Bank Financial Group has appointed Amy Woods Brinkley to its board of directors.
Brinkley is a former global risk executive at Bank of America. Her appointment now brings TD Bank's total number of directors to 16.
TD Bank Financial serves over 18 million clients in North America through its personal and commercial units, including TD Canada Trust and TD Insurance, and wealth management arm TD Waterhouse, among others. It records $603 billion in assets under management as of 31 July 2010.
