Swiss Private Bank Changes Name

Banque SCS Alliance, the Swiss private bank and wealth manager, has changed its name to CBH Compagnie Bancaire Helvetiqué.
The name change took place on 1 December and is to reflect the bank’s main activities better, a spokesperson told WealthBriefing.
Dealing with private as well as institutional clients, the bank had assets under management of about SFr3 billion ($2.9 billion) at the end of 2008. It was established in 1975 and has a headcount of 90.
Headquartered near Geneva, the bank also has offices in Zurich, Lausanne, St Moritz and Nassau.
