Steward Partners Global Advisory Homes In On US Northeast Region

Steward Partners Global Advisory, based in the US capital, has recruited a former Morgan Stanley team at its new office in New Hampshire.

John Rice, Alan Scalingi and Andy Githmark have joined Steward Partners Global Advisory as founding partners in a new Manchester, NH, office, as the firm focuses on growing in the northest region of the US.

The team has joined from Morgan Stanley, where they collectively managed $235 million in client assets. Steward Partners now has six offices in four states and the District of Columbia. The firm, which uses Raymond James' platform and support services, also plans to open several more branches over the next 12 months, it said.

“We continue to see significant interest from Washington, DC to New England,” said Steward Partners Global Advisory chief executive, Jim Gold. “Our branches are filling up and we are welcoming new partners every month.”

The firm is headquartered in Washington, DC, with additional offices in Andover, MA, Portsmouth, NH, Bethesda, MD, and New York City.
