The new Societe Generale exchange-traded note platform aims to offer investors exposure to prices in equity and commodities markets in three currencies, with a currency-hedging feature for sterling- and euro- denominated notes.

The range includes sixteen different products, each linked to the performance of either physical commodities, commodities indices or equity indices.

SocGen’s global range of exchange traded products now stands at over 1,000, relating to products ranging from UK stocks to local and international indices, commodities and currency pairs.

The firm is planning to list additional SG ETNs in the next two months or so.
