Signator Creates Female-Focused Advisor Network

Continuing an industry trend around the recognition of the role of female clients and advisors, Signator Investors has launched its own initiative.
Signator Investors launched the Signator Women Advisors Network at its annual Practice Advancement Conference this week.
The network will provide female advisors with resources and opportunities for business and professional growth, as well as recruiting support and tools to help attract female talent. It also offers resources related to serving the needs of female clients.
Ten of Signator's female advisors form the advisory committee and will meet on a regular basis to run the network, which is open to all advisors.
Recognition of issues surrounding the role of women in wealth management (and the financial services sector at large) has intensified at both the enterpise and client level in recent time, and are also manifesting in new ways. With the surge of interest in ESG issues, for example, there has been heightened interest among investors in efforts by organizations to promote gender diversity. In a similar move earlier this year, Lincoln Financial Network created a new initiative centered on the unique needs of women advisors and clients, recruiting from Raymond James to lead the effort.
Signator is a dual-registered broker-dealer and investment advisor, with approximately 1,500 financial professionals across the US.
