Schwab Integrates Platforms With Salesforce, Junxure 9

Schwab has launched two platforms for Salesforce, and also integrated one platform with Junxure 9, as part of its “Intelligent Integration” initiative.

One of the Salesforce platforms is Schwab OpenView Integrated Office, a turnkey service that bundles together technologies including Salesforce CRM customized for RIAs, real-time custody data fromCharles Schwab, and outsourced portfolio management for assets custodied both with Schwab and elsewhere.

The other, Schwab OpenView Gateway, is an open-architecture platform that allows data integration between Schwab systems and those of participating technology providers.

“Advisors who want to use Salesforce can now benefit from ‘Schwab Intelligent Integration’ in a number of ways, whether by accessing workflows or choosing one of the two integrated platforms,” said Neesha Hathi, vice president of technology solutions for Schwab Advisor Services.

Meanwhile, the OpenView Gateway platform has been integrated with Junxure 9, the latest version of Junxure’s CRM system, which Schwab says is one of the most widely-used among firms that custody assets with its Advisor Services business.

The integration will provide advisors with access real-time balance information, recent alerts and account activity, and other important account information all within their CRM, Schwab said. It is included in the new Junxure 9 upgrade.
