Savant Wealth Management Names Chief People Officer

With $37.1 billion in AuM, Savant said its CPO has more than 25 years' experience in human capital leadership.
Savant Wealth Management, an RIA, has appointed Matt Lane as its chief people officer.
He is partnering with founder and CEO Brent Brodeski and the executive leadership team to drive the firm’s talent agenda.
Lane brings more than 25 years of business-focused human capital leadership. Most recently, he served as interim chief people officer for several private equity portfolio companies in the wealth management industry.
Lane earned both his MBA and bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan. He also serves on several boards, including advisory and non-profit organizations, where he contributes in the areas of leadership and organizational development.
Savant Wealth Management has about $37.1 billion in assets under management and $1.3 billion in assets under advisement (as of September 30).
