Salentica and InfoGrate team up to tackle HNW CRM

Tech cos. partner to create hosted CRM systems for boutique wealth managers. Customer relationship management (CRM) systems provider Salentica Systems and InfoGrate's iWealth division, an operations outsourcer to wealth-management firms, have formed a partnership to deliver customized hosting solutions to private-client boutiques and family offices.

New markets

"The relationship with Salentica will allow InfoGrate's family-office and advisory clients to quickly integrate their portfolio accounting, custodial, and performance data into Outlook" in the name of "true entity partnership management," says Tania Neild, CEO of Chicago-based InfoGrate.

Salentica says its purpose-built CRM desktop modules let wealth-management firms and family offices "utilize the best products and components of a large CRM system."

iWealth's technology extends Salentica's broad-based CRM offering -- which is built around Microsoft's CRM platform -- to the wealth-management space,  says Bill Rourke, president of Toronto-based Salentica.

"By combining InfoGrate's CRM consulting services, current relationships and knowledge in these boutique markets with the knowledge and implementation skills of Salentica's AdvisorDesk CRM we can address the needs of a more diverse group of clients," Rourke adds. -FWR
