SEIA Launches Tax Service Business, Expands FO Capabilities

As part of the changes, the firm has named a director of tax services.
Signature Estate & Investment Advisors, which managed about $32.6 billion in assets as of the end of June, has launched a tax services business.
The firm, which is based in Los Angeles, has rolled out SEIA Tax Services, expanded family office capabilities and refreshed its brand.
As part of the change, Tim Gracsy (pictured) has been brought on board as director of tax services. Before joining SEIA, Gracsy spent more than seven years leading tax and cost basis initiatives at LPL Financial.
SEIA is also introducing a new client segment designed to serve households requiring a “higher level of coordinated planning”; it is boosting its family office capabilities through Baker Tilly Family Office.
"By bringing tax conversations to the forefront, we can identify planning opportunities earlier, collaborate more effectively across disciplines and help clients make decisions with a clearer understanding of their long-term financial impact,” Gracsy said.
The president of SEIA is Matt Matrisian.
Founded in 1997, since 2022 SEIA has been backed by Reverence Capital, a New York-based private equity firm. SEIA serves clients through 33 offices nationwide.
