Rockefeller Adds Another US Wealth Team

The move continues Rockefeller’s expansion. Early in 2022, it opened an office in London.
Rockefeller Capital Management has recruited a family team from RBC Wealth Management-US in New York City.
The business, called The Claghorn Group, led by John W Claghorn III, is joining Rockefeller Global Family Office and its Northeast division headed by divisional director Michael Parker.
Previously at RBC Wealth Management, the group has more than 80 years of combined experience. Other members are: John W Claghorn IV (Jake), senior vice president and private wealth advisor; McKay Claghorn, SVP and private wealth advisor; Elizabeth Yermes, associate vice president; and Jack Browne, senior client associate.

In June Rockefeller Capital Management acquired the wealth management business of Spearhead Capital, a Florida-based firm serving ultra-high net worth investors, family offices, and private placement markets. The team, which operates as The Bostwick Walters Group, comprises 12 financial professionals serving about 70 families and representing assets of more than $1.5 billion.
