Raymond James Recruits $288 Million Wells Fargo Team

The team joins the firm in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.
Raymond James & Associates has hired John Solomon, Phil Greer, Bill Dukelow, Hamilton Neal, Samantha McMillan and Lindsay Navin. They previously worked as a team at Wells Fargo Advisors, managing approximately $288 million in client assets, with $1.7 million in annual production.
Solomon has been in financial services since the '60s holding roles as branch manager for Shearson Hammill’s Jacksonville location, before leaving to open the Jacksonville branch of Bache & Co., a predecessor firm to Prudential Securities, Wachovia and eventually Wells Fargo Advisors. In 1983, he began to build his financial advisory practice. In 2002, Greer joined his team, followed by Dukelow in 2010, and Hamilton in 2012.
Greer has almost 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry having begun his career with Merrill Lynch in Jacksonville in 1999. He joined Prudential Securities in 2002, which ultimately became Wells Fargo and where he partnered with Solomon.
With 30 years of experience, Dukelow began his career with Prudential Securities and also worked for PaineWebber and Legg Mason before joining Wells Fargo in 2003.
Neal began his financial services career in 2000 with PaineWebber in Jacksonville. In 2010, he joined Wells Fargo after spent three years with Morgan Keegan and predecessor firms.
At RJA, the team will be led by Dave Huffman, branch manager of the firm’s Ponte Vedra office in Florida, where they will be based. The team will operate as the Solomon, Greer, Dukelow & Neal Wealth Management Group of Raymond James.
Greer and Dukelow will hold the roles of first vice president of investments respectively, Neal as vice president of investments, and Solomon as senior investment portfolio analyst.
McMillan and Navin will join as senior registered client associates.
