Raymond James Moves Into New Chicago Home
The US wealth management group has wrapped up the move of most of its associates to new premises, putting a variety of different practice areas under one roof.
Raymond James has completed the relocation of the majority of its Chicago-based associates to its new West Loop office.
The 58,196 square-foot lease spans nearly two floors at 120 South Riverside Plaza and accommodates financial advisors and associates from the firm's private client group, capital markets and fixed income divisions.
The teams had been located at 550 West Washington Blvd and 222 South Riverside Plaza, encompassing about 170 associates and a seating capacity for nearly 300 people.
"This substantial lease offers ample room to accommodate our growing wealth management, investment banking, public finance and trading operations in the Windy City – all under one roof – enabling improved ease of access for clients,” Chris Fils, Chicagoland complex manager for Raymond James & Associates, said.
The West Loop office includes a media room, a client conferencing center with white glove concierge service, and a dozen associate meeting spaces.
