Raymond James Financial Services Adds New Firm In Pennsylvania

Financial advisor Keith Morris, a managing director of Morris Capital Management Group, has joined Raymond James’ independent channel.

Financial advisor Keith Morris, a managing
director of Morris Capital Management Group, has joined Raymond James’
independent channel in Conshohocken, PA.

Morris joins Raymond James Financial Services from Wells
Fargo, where he managed more than $110 million in client assets and had annual
fees and commissions of over $1 million.

Morris Capital Management Group specializes
in wealth accumulation and preservation and offers a range of investment
alternatives and services.

Morris began his career in 1994 at
Prudential Securities, later joining Legg Mason and Wachovia Securities, a
predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors. In 2011 - while at Wells Fargo - he founded Morris Capital
Management Group.

Joining Morris at Raymond James is Denise
Bucci, a registered client services manager. In her new role, Morris carries out administrative
duties, customer account inquiries and overlooks daily operations.

She began her career as an administrative
assistant with Thomson McKinnon, a predecessor firm of Prudential Securities.
She has worked at several other firms including Shearson Lehman and Paine
Webber, prior to joining Morris at Wachovia Securities in 2005.

In related news, yesterday Raymond James Financial Services recruited
financial advisors Richard Swift and Jeff Dakin in Columbus, GA. The team operates as
the Swift Wealth Management Group and joined from Morgan Stanley, where they
managed some $934 million in client assets and had $1.2 million in annual fees
and commissions.
