RMB Capital Management taps M3 for tax transitions

"Efficient tax management through year-round tax-loss harvesting is critical to generating positive returns, especially in a turbulent market," says RMB's CEO Richard Burridge Jr.

Through his firm's tie-in with Denver-based M3, Burridge adds that RMB advisors have "an unmatched solution for catering to high-net-worth clients with low-cost-basis or concentrated positions for whom capital gains tax is a significant issue."

M3's service, which is available only to advisors, helps investment professionals manage a client's portfolio for rebalancing, allocation changes, and diversification with a view to realizing maximum absolute returns.

RMB has $1.5 billion under management, principally for high-net-worth individuals, according to its most recent ADV filing with the SEC. -FWR
