RBC Wealth Management Adds HNW Team In Minneapolis From Wells Fargo

Canada's RBC Wealth Management has appointed David Upin of the Upin group - latterly of Wells Fargo Advisors - as a senior vice president and financial advisor in Minneapolis, MN, along with investment associate Denis Meysembourg, Minneapolis complex director Kevin Ketelsleger has announced
Upin manages investments for high net worth individuals and entities, and has 30 years of industry experience, with $110 million in assets under administration and $1.5 million in production.
October has seen a raft of hires at RBC. Prior to adding the Upin group, the firm appointed the Nierling Investment group from Morgan Stanley (Smith Barney) at its Dallas, TX, executive office. The same week it appointed Mark Rabbe - who oversees $85 million in client assets - to serve as branch director of its Burlington, VT, and Andover, MA, offices.
In the previous week it took on the Evans group - with over $177 million in assets under management and $1.15 million in production - for its Denver, CO, tech office. The group - latterly of Bank of America Merrill Lynch - is comprised of David Evans, senior vice president and financial advisor, Nepeta Godec, senior financial associate, and Patty Eckelberry, senior client associate.
In the US, RBC Wealth Management has some $227 billion of AuA and operates as a division of RBC Capital Markets, which is a member of the New York Stock Exchange.
