R360 Names Former TIGER 21 Chief Executive As Managing Partner
The US-based organization is an example of the kind of networks of ultra-HNW individuals that have developed in recent years.
R360, a global, member-driven group of wealth creators, has named former TIGER 21 chief executive Barbara Goodstein as managing partner, working alongside fellow MPs Michael Cole and Charlie Garcia.
Since its founding, R360 has grown to 100 members, with an average net worth of $400 million. (This news service interviewed Cole about the organization a year ago.)
Goodstein also founded B GREAT, a venture-backed line of CBD products. In addition, she served as chief marketing officer and digital leader at Vonage, a $1 billion-plus revenue business, leading a 1,700-member sales and marketing organization. She has also worked in banking, brokerage, and fintech spheres, holding leadership roles at JP Morgan Chase and Instinet.com. Goodstein holds Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses, and earned an MBA in marketing from Columbia University and a bachelor of arts in English from Brown University.
Separately, R360 has also launched an Archetypes Assessment, which is designed to help members (and others who are interested) define their purpose (what they were born to do), tell their stories (how they explain their lives to themselves and others), and establish their legacy (what will live beyond them).
The Archetypes include: "The Seeker," someone who actively pursues authenticity and purpose; "The Adventurer," who embodies the phrase “be here now”; "The Olympian," the super-achiever and Type-A personality; "The Altruist," who is the most selfless archetype because their identity is inextricably bound with that of others; and "The Sage," who although they are super achievers are more thinkers rather than doers.
