Former head of financial-firm consulting replaces Jaeger at
affiliated RIA. Seattle-based CPA firm and business consultancy
Moss Adams, has named Rebecca Pomering, previously practice

Jaeger, who has been named COO.
Departures
"While we recognize this change will reduce our current resources
for assisting other financial advisory firms with their practice
management needs, we are excited to capitalize on Ms. Pomering's
deep understanding of this business to help grow our own business
in the western part of the United States," says Moss Adams'
chairman and CEO Rick Anderson.
Moss Adams isn't saying who will take Pomering's old job.
In her new role, Pomering will work on integrating Moss Adams
Wealth Advisors with the firm's broader accounting business and
developing the business in Washington, Oregon, California, New
Mexico, and Arizona, where Moss Adams does most of its
non-consulting business.
Pomering joined Moss Adams as a consultant in 1997.
Meanwhile, Philip Palaveev, Moss Adams' head of market research,
has upped stakes for Elmsford, N.Y.-based RIA Fusion Advisor
Network, where, as president, he'll focus on advisor
recruiting.
Last Summer Mark Tibergien, the former head of Moss Adams'
consulting business, left the firm to lead Pershing's Advisor
Solutions unit.
Moss Adams' wealth-management unit provides financial-planning,
risk-management and investment-consulting services to
high-net-worth clients. It has about $800 million in assets under
management. -FWR
