The Pennsylvania-based firm is intensifying its focus on wealth management and specialized banking services.

York, PA-based York Traditions Bank has recruited Cheryl Riebling from Metro Bank as director of personal banking so that Carolyn Schaefer can focus on growing the bank's wealth management and specialized banking businesses.

In her former role at Metro Bank, Riebling served as senior vice president and head of retail. She now reports to Gene Draganosky, president of York Traditions Bank, as managing director of wealth management and specialized banking.

Schaefer served as managing director of personal banking and wealth management since joining York Traditions Bank in 2005.
