PNC Wealth Management Poaches BNY Mellon WM Chief Executive

The new hire will become head of wealth management on June 4.

PNC Wealth Management has appointed Don Heberle as head of wealth management, effective June 4.

Heberle joins PNC from BNY Mellon where he served as the chief executive of BNY Mellon Wealth Management. 

He has 20 years of experience in wealth management, asset management and investment strategy.

“Don’s view of the business and his track record of success directly aligns with and reinforces our strategic priorities,” said Mike Lyons, head of corporate and institutional banking and asset management group. “And, we are both confident that by leveraging the full PNC franchise to attract new customers, delivering proactive, value-added ideas and providing world-class service we can significantly enhance and grow the wealth management business."
