Kirk Reid has joined OppenheimerFunds as head of operations to help the firm further grow its retail, high net worth and institutional businesses.

Reid will be based in Denver, CO, and report to Eric Meltzer, chief technology and operations officer.

Before joining OppenheimerFunds, Reid was a senior vice president of global institutional operations at Janus Capital Group. He started his career at Janus in 1995 as an investor service representative.
