Northern Trust has added new features to the investment risk and analytical services (IRAS) tools available on Passport, the firm’s web portal.

The new IRAS Dashboard integrates both ex-post and ex-ante risk services, has more customizable features than previously, and faster performance times, Northern Trust says.

Specific features include the ability for clients to tailor their view of portfolio data, and to select from hundreds of industry measurements of daily and monthly portfolio performance, attribution, and risk measures using the available chart and table templates.

“With asset managers and asset owners busier than ever absorbing increased levels of information each day, clients need to quickly access and effectively analyse their investment information,” said Jim Haran, IRAS product manager at Northern Trust.
