Nomura Gets Set For Indonesian Growth With New Hire

Nomura is poised to grow in Indonesia with the recent appointment of William le to the newly-created role of head of research.
le brings over 15 years of experience in Indonesian equity research to the company. He steps in from CLSA Indonesia, where he was senior analyst covering the plantation and automotive sectors in the ASEAN region. Prior to that, he was head of research at Kim Eng Securities in Indonesia.
In his new capacity, he will be responsible for developing Nomura's research capabilities in the country and for providing the overall Indonesia market strategy. He reports directly to Jitsoon Lim, the head of equity research for Southeast Asia.
Nomura covers more than 1,150 stocks across the Asia Pacific region, including 110 in southeast Asia.
