Newly-Formed US Wealth Manager Joins Advisor Platform

Kestra, the advisor platform, has signed up a new client in the form of a recently-created wealth management house.

Independent advisor platform Kestra Financial has added a recently-created business, The Strategic Wealth Management Group, to its platform, it announced yesterday.

The Strategic Wealth Management Group, based in Mansfield, Ohio, is made up of a team of five advisors, managing a total of $250 million of assets under management.

Jeremy Swank; Rob Danuloff; Rob Hassmann, Greg Kibler and Debbie Williams came together to create the firm after leaving their former broker-dealers, the statement said.

Kestra Financial offers advisors practice management, consulting, and technology solutions. It works with entities such as traditional and hybrid RIAs and is headquartered in Austin, Texas. It supports more than 1,700 financial advisors and is the parent of a number of investment advisor firms.

In January this year, Kestra Financial added Dudum Financial, an employee benefits and financial services firm, to its network. Headquartered in the San Francisco market, Dudum Financial is led by Jason Dudum.
