New York RIA Boss Appointed To NAPFA Board

A wealth management industry executive has joined the top brass of the US organization of fee-only financial planning professionals.

The founder and chief executive of New York-based registered independent advisor Joel Isaacson & Co has joined the national board of directors of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors.

The board governs, supervises, controls and directs the affairs of NAPFA. Aside from running his own firm, which serves high net worth individuals and their families across the country, Joel Isaacson is the former chairman, as well as the former president, of the New York Chapter of the International Association for Financial Planning.

“We are proud to have Joel as one of our partners and applaud his outstanding contribution to the financial advisors’ community,” said Rajini Kodialam, co-Founder and managing director of Focus Financial Partners, Joel Isaacson & Co’s partner firm.

“The appointment speaks to the financial expertise and leadership skills that Joel brings not only to his firm, but also to the wider community in the wealth management industry.”
