New Wealth Management Firm Is Launched

A new wealth management firm, reportedly based around the model of a US Registered Investment Advisor, has been launched.

A new Toronto-based wealth management firm focusing on high and ultra-high net worth clients has been launched: Ullman Wealth Management.

The firm is the brainchild of Lawrence Ullman, an investment strategist, media reports said. Ullman is chief executive of the company. He is a registered portfolio manager and has worked for about 20 years in the sector for organizations including RBC Dominion Securities and Richardson GMP Limited.

Ullman and his team most recently managed client portfolios with approximately $600 million in assets under management and $800 million in assets under advisement.

At the new firm Ullman is joined by Craig McGee, CFA, portfolio manager; and associates Jonathan Tang, Fernando Moleirinho, Erina Khalique and Elise Robinson, reports added.
