New RIA For Wealth Creators Is Launched

The new RIA, based in Southern California, concentrates on clients whose financial lives cover entrepreneurship, intellectual property, private investments, media ventures, and traditional asset management.
Factory Holdings, a platform working with athletes, entertainers, entrepreneurs, and cultural leaders convert, has launched Factory Capital, its SEC-registered wealth management division led by industry veteran Travis Henry.
The Los Angeles-based RIA works with athletes, entertainers, creators, and entrepreneurs whose financial lives increasingly span entrepreneurship, intellectual property, private investments, media ventures, and traditional asset management.
Factory Capital operates within Factory Holdings, an integrated platform spanning wealth management, private investments, media, technology, and philanthropy.
“Factory was built on a simple belief: the people who create culture should also own the value it generates,” Keenan Beasley, founder and CEO of Factory Holdings said.
Henry – a former managing director at Morgan Stanley and Cresset, has spent his career advising athletes, entrepreneurs, executives, and multi-generational families through wealth decisions, business transactions, and legacy planning.
“Our clients aren't simply investing capital, they're building businesses, creating intellectual property, influencing markets, and shaping culture,” Henry said. “They need advisors who understand how wealth, ownership, opportunity, and influence intersect.”
Factory Capital uses Dynasty Financial Partners’ platform for technology, securities, compliance, and operational support. Fidelity Investments is the firm’s custody provider.
“What impressed us most is that Factory Capital is not being built as a standalone advisory firm. It is part of a broader ecosystem designed to help create opportunities, deepen relationships, and deliver value for clients in ways that traditional wealth management firms simply cannot. We believe that model positions Factory Capital for significant long-term growth,” Shirl Penney, founder and CEO of Dynasty Financial Partners, said.
