New Boss At T Rowe Price International Hires Director Of Operations
In a long-planned move,
Chris Alderson has taken over as president and chief
executive officer of
T Rowe Price International following the retirement of
David Warren.
Mr Alderson has been with TRPI for 22 years and had led the
firm’s global emerging markets equity investment strategies since
1997. Over the last eight months, he has passed these portfolio
management duties to
Gonzalo Pangaro.
In his new role, Mr Alderson will be supported by
Anna Nye, recently hired as director of operations for TRPI
from Russell Investment Group.
Sally Patterson, a
TRP vet, moves up to be general manager.
TRPI is responsible for the parent company’s investment
management activities outside the
US.
