New Asset Management Firm To Focus On Illiquid Private Credit

G2 Investment Group has partnered with
Asset Oversight Services to form a new company that would focus on illiquid, private credit assets.

G2 Asset Advisors, the new firm, will provide investors, insurance firms, banks, hedge funds, and other institutions will portfolio and alternatives advisory services for private credit holdings, substitute servicing in failed restructurings and wind-downs, liquidation solutions, and other related services.

"The market for illiquid, private credit assets is huge and entirely underserved," said
J Todd Morley, the founder of G2 Investment Group, in a statement. "A readily deployable solution is demanded."

The new firm will be led by
Kenneth Cohen,
Larry Kravetz,
Charlie Manna and
Spencer Kagan.
