NY Accounting Firm Merges With Regional CPA Firm

EisnerLubin, the New York accounting firm that specializes in financial planning and family wealth services, has merged with regional CPA firm WithumSmith+Brown.

The merger effectively adds 55 professionals to the WS+B roster, including nine partners. All staff and offices under EisnerLubin will remain in place but operate under the WS+B name.

"It has been EisnerLubin's goal to expand its presence in New Jersey and by joining WS+B, we now have offices in seven New Jersey towns as well as Pennsylvania, Maryland, Florida and Colorado," said Robert Simon, former managing partner of EisnerLubin and partner in charge of the New York office of the merged entity.

Following the merger, WS+B is now represented by 450 staff in 14 offices across the US.
