The firm says it has already built business in Texas since the late 1990s and is now establishing a permanent presence in the state via its new location.
Arlington, a multi-family office with about $16 million in assets under stewardship, yesterday said it is opening a Texas office in the Old Parkland area of Dallas, extending a business presence that Arlington has built organically since 1998.
The office will join Arlington's existing locations in the historic John Hand Building in Birmingham, Alabama, and the restored Courtney House in Franklin, Tennessee.
"Our expansion into Dallas is a natural evolution of our commitment to provide a high-touch, boutique experience for our clients. Old Parkland provides an environment that reflects the spirit of excellence of both our firm and the families we serve.
“By establishing a permanent presence in Dallas, we are better positioned to serve our existing client families in Texas, build new client relationships, and add great talent to our team,” Ken Polk, CEO and founder of Arlington, said.
