Morgan Stanley Smith Barney Nets Two Teams From Rivals

Morgan Stanley Smith Barney snapped up two million-dollar teams from rival wirehouse firms last week, Reuters reports.

James Flynn, Rance Hillier and Merritt Zahner have joined Morgan Stanley Smith Barney's office in Madison, Connecticut from Merrill Lynch/Bank of America, where they oversaw $150 million in client assets and generated $1.3 million in fees and commissions.

Additionally, Matthew Segal, Joseph Pizzo, Irwin Werbowsky and Mohammed Yassin  joined Morgan Stanley Smith Barney’s Garden City, New York office from UBS, where they generated $1.3 million on client assets of $151 million.
