Morgan Stanley Hires Barclays Wealth Private Banker For EMEA Team

Adam Ross has joined the private wealth management arm of Morgan Stanley as a vice president and investment advisor covering the UK, WealthBriefing can confirm.

Ross will be based in London where his appointment is part of a continued expansion of the company's Europe, Middle East and Africa team. He will report to Ausaf Abbas, head of sales for EMEA at the bank.

His previous position was held at Barclays Wealth where he was a private banker in the sports, media and entertainment team offering discretionary, advisory and cash management services. Prior to this he managed a portfolio of clients at Coutts & Co.

Morgan Stanley has made several key hires for its EMEA private wealth management arm preceding the appointment of Ross, as reported earlier by this publication.
