Morgan Stanley Helps Advisors Bring Financial Concepts To Life

Morgan Stanley's latest digital offering is designed to encourage important conversations between advisors, their clients and their clients’ children.
Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is rolling out a web-based financial education program called Morgan Stanley Financially Fit to help its advisors “bring financial concepts to life.”
Established through an agreement with the education technology firm EverFi, Morgan Stanley Financially Fit provides advisors with a digital financial curriculum to share with clients and their families.
Comprised of four courses - starting with grade school and progressing through high school, college and adulthood – it features games, polls and simulations associated with hundreds of age-appropriate lessons. Topics include money management, savings strategies, home ownership, college loans, identity theft and investment portfolios.
“Across the nation, there’s a critical need for financial education at all ages and income levels,” said EverFi CEO Tom Davidson.
The program was launched last month to a group of advisors in the Washington, DC, area, with plans to expand to a larger group in late spring.
