Swiss-based international wealth and asset management merger & acquisition firm MilleniumAssociates, has announced a strategic collaboration agreement with South Africa-based Lawrence Miller.

Mr Miller is the founder and chairman of boutique group Lawfin International, which has offices in Cape Town and London. The group specialises in cross-border loans, and in M&A advice for South African companies abroad and for foreign companies in South Africa.
