Arven, a Florida firm, has added a wealth advisor and managing director, focused on business owners and physicians and attorneys respectively.

Andrew Flick has joined Miami, FL-based Arven Advisors as a wealth management advisor while James Bonilla has been appointed as a managing director at Arven Financial.

Flick specializes in working with business owners and professionals on their risk management, investment and retirement strategies. Before joining Arven Advisors, he was a financial advisor at Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management Company.

Meanwhile, Bonilla focuses on working with physicians and attorneys. He was previously district director at Northwestern Mutual of South Florida.
